Looker Studio Filter: RegExp Contains (how to escape + signs)?
I'm working on a report in Google Looker Studio. The report pulls in data from Google Analytics 4. I'm trying to list a report on certain link_click events, using a filter. My question is, how would I filter a link that contains this URL? https://www.google.com/maps?q=123+St+Augustine+Pl+Andrews%2C+California+918392I thought I could use the RegExp Contains filter and put in "St+Augustine+Pl+Andrews" but that doesn't show anything. I tried escaping the + signs with "St+Augustine+Pl+Andrews" but it still doesn't show anything. If I just use one word, like "Augustine", it works. However, I may have other links with that single word that I don't want to show up, so I need more. I just can't figure out how to filter the plus signs. Please help! Thank you.
Create a calculated field by multiplying a field by a number
Very new to looker here. We are trying to break out our tax rate by excise and sales tax. A simple way to do calculate excise tax would be to multiple the subtotal by 10%. Is there a way to select an existing field and multiply it by a number that I can enter? I’m sure this is simple. :)
Delete Calculated field in Azure SSAS-Tabular modal
Azure Tabular Analytics. I have the *.bim file where I added few calculations. Over the period, I kept creating new calculation fields but did not removed the old ones that are not in use. Now that I need to cleanup my project, how do I know which calculated field is not referenced anywhere by another calculated field? I don't want to accidently remove the fields in use. I was expecting something like rt. click on the field and see the option to get referenced fields but can't find anything.
Predict Interest rates based on dollar exchange rates
Hi, I am super new to looker and I was wondering if this sort of use case is possible with looker and what sort of data will be required to do so,Use CaseUse the changes in exchange rates of the US dollar OR Value of Gold to provide a rough estimate about the interest rates banks should expect to give in the coming 3 months (In this example assume that $/GOLD has a direct relationship with interest rates, one goes down and the other will go down)“how do I find out the interest rate I as a bank should expect to provide for loans given to customers in the coming months?” This use case was sparked after our boss watched this video : Looker is google for business data and in this video they show another use case where a shop owner gets an alert a couple of days prior to an event in the area which will increase foot traffic and to increase the staffing and stock of inventory based on that prediction, How can we do such a use case? I’d love to get to know more about how those kinds of use ca
The goal of this is to dynamically add lump sum of revenue to account for projected/potential revenue) within a pivot a table. So far I have a table built out with booked revenue monthly to account for revenue I already have, however I am having an issue creating an additional column for future revenue for a distinct month. It’s repeating. I have an input box dedicated to name so I can see this individually. Another input box dedicated to adding future revenue. I'm assuming there is a calculation for this already that I am missing. I have booked spend + future revenue = future opportunities by distinct marketer name. As seen below I don’t want the $1000 to account for several months and several marketers. I just want it to an addition to the next month of March for marketer inputted.

Merge two lines of info in table with other records
Hi everyone!I was wondering if anyone can help me.I have a table with two similar records in Data Studio and I want to aggregate them with other records. Example: Basically I want to aggregate and sum line 1 and 2 and keep the other 2 lines below. Any tips? :(
Hi All,I need to calculate the performance to a filed on my website.I have these GA4 events: Total Users and Send EmailI would like to know the % of total users that send an email, so easily Send Email/Total UsersSince “Send Email” is a parameter to GA4 dimension Event Name, I try to do it: Calculate Event name/Total User and add filter “Event name - exactly match - Send Email” but with this formula looker takes in consideration only users that sent an email. For example if I have 100 users and 10 users send 25 emails, I need to calculate 25/100 but looker calculate 25/10. Can someone help me, please?! Thank you!
BigQuery Data Range dissapear upon Refresh
Hi there,In our Looker Studio we have our BigQuery connected to some tables and graphs. We have a problem with all graphs and data showing errors with: ”Sorry, we encountered an error and were unable to complete your request.” message. We have a dimensions defined as “Date” in the connection, and once I put Order_date as my Date Dimension it all works, but the minute I refresh the page or close it and come back to the dashboard my dimension is gone from all my graphs, and I have zero clue why. Anyone got any ideas?
How to write a case statement that returns a dimension
I am trying to write a formula in a blended data set that is going to return the visitor source. The problem is since the visitor sources from the two different data sets dont exactly match, so they return null if it’s not exact match. Case when Visitor Source (Table 1)="null" then Visitor Source (Table 2)when Visitor Source (Table 2)="null" then Visitor Source (Table 1)when Visitor Source (Table 1) does not CONTAINS_TEXT("null") then Visitor Source (Table 1)when Visitor Source (Table 2) does not CONTAINS_TEXT("null") then Visitor Source (Table 2)END This was my idea to create a new dimension that rewrites the null values to the value of the source of the other column, but obviously I don’t know how to write the formula.
Calculating Average Daily Rate Not Working
I am trying to calculate the average daily rate for a scorecard in Looker. It is a very simple formula… just not working!!! Ugh The formula is to calculate Room Revenue / Occupied Rooms and display this information for every day. I have both of these data points as fields already. When I write the formula, the average is not correct. I think it has something to do with aggregation. Here is a sample of the math on one day of many. $22,956.46 / 131 This should return the value of $175.24However, its returning this… $168.23 Any ideas of how to fix this??
Informatica Powercenter Designer Import Tables. The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application
I am using Informatica Powercenter Designer and specifying my Source, which is an Oracle database. I clicked on the Source -> Import Tables and typed in the database user name and password. I specified the Oracle ODBC driver (Oracle in OraClient11g_home). It gives me the following error[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application.Early I configure the ODBC driver for Oracle and used the same username and worked. I click Test Connection and it was successful. When I typed in the user name, the Owner name auto populates with the same username.I am not sure what the error means or how to fix it to see the tables in the Powercenter Source Designer.Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks.

How to concat similar names into 1 value in single row
Hey Gurus,I try to achieve to concat for a row.Yellow are the row numbers and coloured gray is what I try to achieve. As you can see in column B, I have 2 times name “Hermiona” 2 times “Kamil” and 1 time Jacob and in column C I have their waiting time in minutes.1. What I try to achieve is, if there matched names to have the name 1 time like in column D and have the sum up of the results which belong to that person name like in column E2. I also try to exclude any results that are less than 15 mins waiting time like in column B6 and C6 (coloured green) I tried to use couple of list and concat formulas but couldn’t manage it. Any help?
