Good day! Is there another way to allow users to add multiple inputs in a field aside from EnumList? The picture attached here is what I'm trying to achieve/my progress so far:  

Can you export form entries into PDF and Excel or other file type in AppSheet? Upon searching, you can only export to csv format.
