As per our requirement, we wanted to capture GRPC response status code

Do we have any logic behind to setup rate limit to the spike arrest as
per SLA. For ex- If we have 100s of proxies based on SLA how to define
spike arrest in Apigee. Do we have any template kind of to follow in
