Form view puts column number next to each display name

 Hi allI can’t figure out how to show the “display name without the column number in front of it.So in the Form View I’ve attached, I want “Vine number”instead of “2. Vine number”. How to remove the “2.”? Same for the other fields.Cheers in advance!
