Also, just received an update from the User. They had some data saver
features active on their phones. Those options have now been turned off.

clear and everything seems fine- I have double checked all bots &

checked and I'm clear on that front. I appreciate the suggestion. This
user might just be one of those magical evil-unicorn users who can just
break tech by using it.
