How do I block a number from calling our main auto attendant?

We are receiving calls from a telemarketer who will not stop calling. He leaves a message twice a week trying to sell us phone service of all things. We have asked him to stop calling but whenever we come up in his CRM system he calls.

I know how to block people in the Voice app but how can I block his number from our main auto attendant? He is calling, pressing 0, and leaving messages in our general mailbox. He does not make it to one of our users.

Hey @JasonTM1 it is not possible to block calls for auto-attendants. That number is only used as a call routing number. Blocking can only be done for the members of the auto attendant in this case.
