Dynamic Filter for Quarterly Analysis (Last Quarter vs Last Year, Last Quarter)

We are conducting a quarterly business review where we need the date filter to be Q1 2023 OR  Q1 2022. Based on what I have found in looker, the only option we have is using ‘previous quarter’ but this does not solve for previous quarter, previous year. We do not want to use ranges because that would require us to setup the new range each quarter and could lead to confusion if someone was reviewing the dashboard before we had a chance to update it.
