In want to create a statistic where I calculate the amount of work hours (weekHours) available in a specific range set by the date filter. This should be based on week days (ex weekends).
‘weekHours’ is a dimension in my data source. For most employees the value is 40. For some it is less.
So for example:
Jack has a weekHours value of 36.
In January 2023 there were 22 work days.
Jacks total available hours were: 36 / 5 * 22 = 158,4
What should my Looker formula look like?
Note: I’m not taking Jacks workschedule into consideration. I’m assuming the is spreading the weekHours equally over the workweek.
