Calculate Current Headcount and Rolling 12 Months Attrition Rate

Hi,

I have 2 tables: one is for active headcount of the past 24 months, each month headcount is differentiated by Report Date, i.e. if I need to get total headcount of Sep 2022, then I filter the report date by Sep 2022 and will get the total headcount accordingly.

the other table i have is the terminations table which has all terminations.

What I need to do is to calculate:

- Current Month Headcount

- Total Terminations the past 12 months

- Rolling 12 Months Attrition Rate

Headcount table includes: employee ID, report data

Terminations table includes: employee ID, termination date

Can someone help please?
