Embeded user getting re-created

Hi!

We are noticing that our users, that we are creating using the createSSOEmbedUrl API are getting re-created, we see that they get a new user ID. We can’t tell when this gets trigger and what it is actually doing it, we don't have functionality in our system explicitly to achieve this so it is kind of a mystery. Any help with this would be greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
