Connected Sheets for Looker - Bad Request no enabled client found

Trying to connect Google Sheets for Looker but get the attached error

Steps to replicate:

1. In Google sheets: Data --> Data Connectors --> Connect to Looker
2. Enter in our company looker url --> Continue
3. Agree and continue to link Google account and Looker
4. Looker opens in a new window with the below error
