Help & Directions - Google Cloud Services Decision Flow From Architects Lens

Every day, we are working on the Google Cloud, as an architect needs to educate why the implementation architecture arrived from the conceptual/domain-based architecture? Do, we have any place where we can get the decision flow or decision tree to pick the services Google Cloud services groups, like Compute, Serverless, Storage, Networks, etc.

Objective - For any architects to educate the execute and developer and stakeholders, on the decision with the decision trees, say example why Pub/Sub, not the Cloud tasks? will be answered from the decision tree.
