DialogFlow CX Not Responding to French Queries

Issue Summary: DialogFlow CX is not responding to queries made in the French language. Instead, it responds with the message, "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean. Can you try rephrasing your question in English?" or "I'm sorry, i don't have enough information to answer your question"

Expected Behavior: The DialogFlow CX agent should be able to understand and respond to queries made in French as it supports multilingual capabilities.

Additional Context:

  • The DialogFlow CX agent has been configured to support French language input.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have created your agent with French locale. Also please make sure your agent is fully trained and the intents and entities are added in the french locale.
