Do you believe you are the person we are looking for? Well if you are, you will be responsible for;

  • Managing data analysis projects to guide our Customer Success strategy, measure the impact of new actions and come up with suggestions to improve our customer experience.
  • Working with the Onboarding, Customer Success Management and Support teams to build dashboards, scalable data and ensure reliable data tracking.
  • Communicating and presenting data insights to key stakeholders in Customer Success and Management.
  • Providing data analysis training and support to key business users.
  • Contributing to building a strong cross-functional data community at Teamleader.

Requirements

Sounds like something for you? You would be a great fit if you;

  • Are still reading at this point, you’re probably the colleague that we’re looking for!
  • Have hands-on experience in data analysis in a SaaS company;
  • Can synthesise large amounts of data, translate findings into clear insights and communicate these convincingly;
  • Are fluent in English, and have strong communication skills which means you are able to interact across stakeholders at all levels;
  • Are a self-starter with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude, not afraid of promoting your ideas;
  • Have experience with SQL and tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Segment, Amplitude.
  • An affinity with SaaS business processes and Customer Success are a plus.
