PlusDental is looking for a Head of Data (Berlin) :rocket::tooth:

What you will do

  • Define and own the data strategy and road map 
  • Lead our team of data analysts, scientists and engineers (currently 8 people) 
  • Foster a data-driven culture.
  • Define and oversee data which includes all current data engineering, data analytics and data science topics.
  • Inspire and develop the data team: driving technical excellence, enforcing a hands-on and get-stuff done attitude and providing continuous learning.

What you should bring

  • Experience leading data teams.
  • The ability and eagerness to motivate and grow the team, helping each member with their professional development.
  • Excellent project management skills. 
  • Several years of experience in the BI or data field.
  • Experience in design and development of business intelligence platforms.
  • Coding experience. Excellent SQL and preferably Python. 
  • Solid understanding of relational database structures and fundamentals
  • Preferably experience with AWS, dbt and Looker
