? Monarch is a subscription based personal finance app (web, iOS & Android). We launched about a year ago and just raised our series A. The team is relatively small at 15 people, fully-remote, and we recently setup Mozart Data (snowflake) with Fivetran and Looker. We also have Amplitude and Segment implemented.
We’re now looking to hire our first full-time data analyst to own all of this since our CTO, Ozzie, and I have been moonlighting as part time data people 😉
Since we’re a subscription based app our data is mostly acquisition channels (App Store, Facebook Ads, Google search ads etc) and our own internal data sets from the product which is mostly financial transaction data.
We’re swimming in CAC, LTV, retention and all those fun type of subscription metrics. It should be an awesome role since it’s full stack from managing all the data sets and tools as well as figuring out what insights to make of it so you can help guide the growth of the company!
