What’s the role?
As the first hire on Parade’s data team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Parade’s data strategy, evangelizing the importance of data-driven decision making, and building and maintaining our data infrastructure. You are analytical and technical, and you can communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. You thrive in a startup setting, where every day is different and the problems that you’re tackling often don’t have established solutions. You are exceptionally thorough. You have a bias for action, and you love leveraging data to make better business decisions. This role will report directly to Parade’s Head of Finance and work closely with the Executive Team.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of full-time working experience in quantitative analysis roles
  • Expert-level SQL and data modeling skills
  • Strong experience using BI tools (ours is Looker) and data infrastructure tools (Stitch, Redshift, dbt, ect)
  • Business instincts, problem solving skills, and a strong ability to communicate findings to an non-technical audience

What is the salary range and/or benefits?
$80-$120K + equity
