This is an exciting opportunity to join a sharp, entrepreneurial team and have a real impact. We are seeking a talented Business Analyst who has a passion for using data to help the company make informed decisions. As a business analyst, you will collaborate with various departments and help them make data-driven decisions. You will be digging into customer data (b2b & b2c) through the whole funnel and use tools like Looker and Amplitude.

What You’ll Do
• Work with business stakeholders to define and measure KPIs
• Build dashboards and reports to enable the business to stay updated and manage kpi’s
• Build compelling data visualizations to communicate data-driven insights
• Perform ad-hoc data deep dives to discover patterns in customer behavior and perform in-depth analysis on business trends to uncover potential issues or uncover areas of opportunity
• Collaborate with product to analyze test results
• Work closely with engineering to define data needs for the warehouse and pipeline

What You’ll Need
• 4+ years of experience in hands on business and data analytics
• Deep understanding of how data is used to understand and drive business decisions and priorities
• Highly proficient in SQL
• Advanced Excel experience
• Expert at data visualization and what type of report will best represent the data.
• Prior experience with our tech stack is a plus - Looker, Redshift, Airflow
