I’d like to check how many time a user/viewer is login in Looker within a period of 3 months (not the last log in date). That way I can check on whether people are using the software as much as they should

We use the system activity history explore to see when each user last ran a query (and of what type, explore/look/dashboard/api). There isn't much/anything people would do in Looker that doesn't involve running a query.
