Restricting Admin Users to Specific Users/Groups

We want to roll out the Closed system option for Content Security to manage different customers within different groups. We also would like for customers to have restricted Admin privileges to create new users within those specific groups without seeing other customers’ information or being able to change any other option within the Looker User Admin section. Is this possible? I see Permission Sets for Admin permissions like support_access_togglesupport_access_toggle, see_users, sudo, etc, but they  cannot be restricted for particular Groups. Is there any future planning? Please let me know if anyone has done this through the Manage Users APIs as well.
