If you hide a tile title on a dashboards-next, the element overlay could impact the interactivity of the visualization. For example if you had something you wanted to click a the top right, the kebob can get in the way

• One workaround is to make the title title not hidden, and make the title empty. That would make the vis reserve space for the title without displaying anything. Like so ​

This works on query tiles but not Look-linked tiles, since saved Looks require a title.
