Why isn't there a git workflow button in my project?

We saw an instance where a user was using HTTPS connection with user attributes, with separate credentials for Dev and Prod mode. The dev user attribute credentials worked, so the git connection test passed, but the credentials entered for Prod were not authorized. This caused the git workflow button to not appear, and the deploy webhook to fail.

Fixed by resetting git connection and entering working credentials for both modes.
