Why am I seeing 'Sql Error: Connection property 'User' is required' when importing a public look to Google Sheets?

This is likely happening because user attributes are at play (i.e. look uses parametrized connection), which do not work with public looks. This is because there is no "public" user attribute for the look to apply, so we cannot pass a value here.

For a parameterized connection, the workaround is to make a new connection with a hardcoded UA value.
