What's the difference between using Google OAuth and using Google Auth for SAML (Google-provide SSO)?

SAML is just a type of SSO to Looker, in terms of what is set up in the Admin panel. The Google Auth option (which is a type of OAuth) would be typical, but you can also configure GSuite to have a SAML interface as well, and use that in the SAML setup in Looker.
