Variable not found "variable_name" in commented out liquid

Liquid being commented out in SQL by -- will still be processed as valid liquid by Looker because of the order in which Looker processes a view file.

To have liquid commented out and not used, comment it out in liquid syntax as well

{% comment %} some liquid stuff {% endcomment %}
