System Activity - Which users accessed specific dashboards and clicked "Run" ?

We can use the "history" explore to determine who has accessed a dashboard. We can also use a custom measure to count the number of times a dashboard was run by a particular user.

In the "history" explore, select the following fields:

• Dashboard Title
• User Name
• Dashboard ID
• History Count
• History Approximate Web Usage in Minutes

Add these filters:

• Dashboard ID is equal to {insert dashboard ID}
• Dashboard Title is equal to {insert dashboard title}

Create a custom measure for "Dashboard Run Count":

• Field to measure: "Dashboard Session" in the History view
• Measure type: Count Distinct
