With storage Action Hub integrations, you may run into schedules failing with the {"webhook_id":null,"success":false,"refresh_query":false,"message":null,"validation_errors":null} message in the Admin > Scheduler > History panel.

Check to see if you have a file named specified in the schedule, as this can cause this error. Also test if the set-up of the Action integration is valid (Admin > Action > Settings and test). This was seen in Google Cloud Storage and Azure Storage.
