Please know that the method outlined in https://help.looker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001288508-Exporting-Data-to-Google-Sheets is not supported by Looker Support. lookerFetchData is a custom function created by an internal user.
It's best to recommend using the Google Sheets Action (https://help.looker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044002214-Looker-Actions-Google-Sheets) instead.
Per Zach: Google scripts by default only refresh when the sheet page refreshes. Any Google scripts would need another script or function in sheets to have it refresh at any other rate.
