Is development mode or production mode used for downloads and schedules?

Production mode is always used for schedules. Production mode is also always used for rendered jobs (ie PNG/PDF downloads).

For downloads that are not png or pdf, we use the mode that the user is in when they download. So, it is possible to export a CSV using dev mode results. But, if you're trying to download PNG or PDF, the resulting export will pull from Production.

There is a feature request to use dev mode for PNGs/PDFs.
