How do I download an .iqy file?

It's only possible to download an iqy file on a Look with Public Access turned on.

1. Turn on Public Access for the Look as specified in this doc.
2. Once you save that, the bottom option "Excel Web Query File" should have a "Download" link next to it!
3. This doc has info on what to do now that you've downloaded the iqy file.
