How do I break or invalidate cache?

On a given explore or dashboard, you can click the gear in the top right, and then "Clear Cache and Refresh".

On the Admin > Datagroups page, you can refresh all the cache associated with a datagroup.

There is no way to break ALL cache at once; the best you can get is to clear all datagroups. Ideally, you have datagroups for every model and/or explore.
