How can I create a blank text tile on a dashboard?

Some users want blank tiles on a dashboard for spacing. The desired behavior isn’t immediately possible, but we can do a workaround with HTML.
 

We can create an empty paragraph using

<p></p>

This will appear as a blank text tile.
