How can I check to see who created API credentials on the instance?

Creating new API keys on the instance will lead to line like this appearing in the log files, if you have access to see them:

[INFO|05ad1|event:users] :: create_api3_credentials_for_user by user 104:, user_id='51'

Note that in the example above, user ID 104 created API3 credentials for user ID 51.
