Does the `html:` parameter override all other formatting?

By default, html will override other formatting defined in `value_format`.

If you use {{value}} to reference the field value, then the value will be brought through as shown in SQL, so SQL-level formatting will still apply.

If you use {{rendered_value}} to reference the field value, then value formats will still apply.

NOTE: HTML parameter will not override the visualization setting formats. The visualization setting formats are the last to be applied.
