As of version 5.10 the answer is YES!
 

The workaround pre-version-5.10 is:

1. Convert the UDD to a LookML Dashboard Using the "Get Dashboard Lookml" option in the cog in the top right
2. Paste it into a dashboard file and save
3. Find & Replace what you need to change in the elements (tiles)
4. Save and view the dashboard
5. Convert it to a UDD by copying it to a space
