No. When you clear cache, it only clears cache for the current query, not any cached results for the drill down.
Workarounds

The recommended workaround is to have a Datagroup set up on the explore, so that you're not relying on manual cache clearing.

If you need to do this manually, then you must "explore from here" on the drill down and then "clear cache and refresh" on that explore.
