Can we set up pull requests on git outside of our VPC/VPN?

The Problem

We want to set up pull requests for Looker! However, we can’t use the webhook in GitHub because our Looker instance is behind a VPC. Is there another way to do this?
 

THE SOLUTION

You must set up a git server within the same VPC as Looker.
