Short answer is yes, but there's not much about them.
LookML dashboards aren't stored entirely in the internal database, since they're defined in LookML (hence the name).
However, some data resulting from the use of LookML dashboards are stored in the internal database and this is viewable through system activity in the history explore. Their dashboard ID will take the form model_name::dashboard_name rather than an integer.
