I was wondering what is the best approach to track Looker implementation. On our side we decided to divide the project by dashboard, and for each dashboard we divide by KPI (simple, medium, complex). So in the end we are able to track the progress in the construction of the lookml. By the way it’s also a great way to define what will be the time needed for a next dashboard or for a new feature. For the moment we are just tracking progress on a sheets but I was wondering if you’re working on trello, jira or other stuff…
