I’m trying to build a pivot table with the same dimension being both a row and a column. I have a dimension “MUTATION” with many possible values, and I want to see the count of individuals with each pairwise combination of values (i.e. MUTATION 1 and MUTATION 2 was observed in 100 individuals; MUTATION 1 and MUTATION 3 was observed in 10 individuals, and so on.). Is this possible in Looker?
Is there a way to schedule a CSV data delivery via email from a dashboard without row limits? Dashboards are limited to 5000 rows in the UI, but my dataset is 6000+ and growing.
