How to receive help on Looker Studio (formerly known as Data Studio) based on your Looker Studio membership?

Thank you for taking the time to review our knowledge base article to learn how you can receive help on Looker Studio (formerly known as Data Studio) based on your Looker Studio account.
 

We understand that navigating the different versions of Looker Studio can be confusing, so we would like to clarify that there are two versions available.

  •  Looker Studio Pro offers enterprise user management features, team collaboration features, support by Google Cloud Support Team, and SLAs. 

  • On the other hand, Looker Studio is available free of charge to anyone with a Google account and provides support from the community.

Note: Although Looker Studio is accessible at no cost to anyone with a Google account, assistance is not provided by Google cloud support but rather by the community. 


If you are an Looker Studio Pro customer, submitting a ticket through the Cloud Support Console is the best way to receive assistance. We will ensure that your request is directed to the appropriate team for resolution. 

To create a
Cloud Support case, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Support Console page as a support user.

  2. Select the project for which you'd like to open a support case.

  3. Open Cases and click Create case.

  4. Complete the required fields and submit the form.
     

If you are a Looker Studio customer, accessing the Looker Studio Help Center is the recommended way to find helpful articles and community-answered questions.

Is there a timeline for fixing the “download” report button within Looker Studio? This has been broken for months now with zero official responses by Google.
