Looker Operations has restored service and your Looker instances should be operating without issue. Please note, Amazon is still experiencing issues that we will continue to monitor.

July 19, 2016, 11:27am – Service Impacted

Amazon is investigating a problem with an increase in API error rates in the AWS region where we host your instance. This is causing outbound connectivity issues which would impact database connectivity. We do not currently have an ETA from Amazon but we are monitoring the issue.
