why the date format changes to Mon Feb 28 00:00:00 UTC 2022

it used to be 2022/02/07 and it was easier to manage in excel. Now the defualt format is changed to Mon Feb 28 00:00:00 UTC 2022 and is hard to change.

Same problem in my instance: dates are set up via a time dimension group in lookml based on a timestamp field from BigQuery.
