View File Generation in Looker

The view files are not automatically generated. We have to manually create the view files after the connection is established.

Is that a correct statement ?

Hey @sudeep! Once the connection is established, you can generate a view file by selecting the “create view from table” option which will auto populate the view file. More details on how to do this here: How to add a new view file
