Is it possible to set user prompt filter in Dashboard/Looks?

We don’t support anything that would actively pop-up to prompt users, but you can certainly create filters that accept user input and name them something that denotes it should be filled out. If the filtering behavior your after is a little more complex, you might look into templated filters and parameters too:
