What is this block and what does it tell me?

For Publishers, DoubleClick offers a complete ad revenue engine, helping publishers streamline operations and capture the most value for every impression. For advertisers and agencies, DoubleClick strengthens and simplifies complex online campaigns using a robust digital ad management platform. Data type and technical info
DoubleClick DBM/DCA customers can pull DoubleClick data out of the application to conduct deep, granular analysis to determine which ads are the most performant across all outlets. This data is useful for advertisers and agencies to understand how to optimize campaigns and future advertising plans. DoubleClick data contains several key tables:
Impressions - contains data for each advertising view, segregated by target market, campaigns, and any other audience attributes
Clicks - contains information around all audience clicks, which can be combined with impressions to determine conversion rates
Activity - contains revenue and metadata information about each advertising campaign
