Move HTML element without using position (inside a measure)

I'm trying to change the position of a link I add in Looker measure, inside the HTML section.

It's a kind of CSS problem - Looker doesn't allow using of most of the HTML tags (especially "position") the allowed tags are here.

I'm trying to do it with "display: block" and "margin". The problem is that any change in margin moves all the other elements, while I want to change only the specific element (meaning, to make it in a different "layer" such as it won't be connected to any other elements). Anyone can give some ideas on how to do it?
