Hi everybody.
I am currently struggling with defining and creating a specific metric for a SaaS business which is the Expansion Revenue.
The source data comes from ChargeBee but I do not know how to approach the definition for the different dimensions in order to model it correct it. Does anybody have a SaaS model template or any other guideline?
