Metadata and explores

Hi

I’m after a way to list all the fields - dimensions and measures - exposed (not hidden) in all explores in a model.

I’ve seen i__looker, but want it for ‘explore’ rather than ‘look’ as below.
https://instance_name.looker.com//explore/i__looker/look

Or do I have to create a data dictionary?

Thanks
