Learning videos

Hi, is there any way to access videos separately (as it used to be), without the learning modules combined for developer, analyst end etc. Videos are too slow, there is no option of changing the speed and there is no option of pause or fast forward or anything like that. I want to be able to go through videos to find which one of them has information I need without watching the whole thing and answering questions.
